Feedback on what a great job Isabella is doing

Good Morning Rakesha, I wanted to contact you and let you know what a great job Isabella is doing.

I have been lucky to have Isabella take my calls a few times when I had to call 305-help.  She is very patient, thorough, and goes above and beyond to try to get the issue resolved.  I appreciate her customer service, it makes so easy for me not to stress the issue.  She is great!
