Service Desk Holidays Hours 2022-2023

The CUIMC IT Service Desk will have modified hours and support options during the holiday season.
From Saturday, December 24th to Tuesday, January 3rd:

• The Student TechBar walk-in desk will be staffed via video phone only
• Chat and Student Remote Support will not be available (phone and other support will be available as usual)

The Service Desk will be closed on these dates:

• Saturday, December 24th to Sunday, December 25th
• Saturday, December 31st to Sunday, January 1st 

For the following dates, the Service Desk will be open for limited hours for phone support only:

• Monday, December 26th, and Tuesday, December 27th from 9 am to 5 pm
• Monday, January 2nd, and Tuesday, January 3rd from 9 am to 5 pm
