The MyPassword password reset tool was updated

The MyPassword self-service password reset tool for CUIMC password reset has been updated.

The new mypassword User Interface
Most functionalities are the same except for a few current changes:
- Captcha is now required before proceeding with any link.
- Security questions are now reduced from 6 to 3 questions.
- Users will be required to create security questions if they haven't prepared these in the past.
- The system will lock out the user's account after 4 incorrect attempts to log in.
