Access Denied - Mandatory Training Required
HIPAA Privacy and Security Training Essentials Must Be Completed
Your access has been denied because you have not completed the mandatory privacy and security training. To restore your access, you must do the following:
- Log in to the Enterprise Learning Management System using your Columbia UNI and password.
TIP: This is the same login used for myColumbia, CourseWorks and SSOL. - Select "My Learning Plan". Any training assigned to you will be listed.
IMPORTANT: If the Annual HIPAA or New Hire Training is not assigned to you, do NOT select 'ADD TO PLAN'. Instead see instructions on the Office of HIPAA's Training page. - Complete your required courses and quiz. You should be able to download completion certificates.
- You will ONLY be allowed access when all of your required courses and quiz are complete.
- Please wait 2 business days. You will be automatically granted access within 2 business days.
